Mindset Motivation Inc. (“RightSet,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through our website at https://rightset.com (the “Website”), how we use and protect it, and the choices you have.

We handle personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), as applicable. This Policy covers personal information collected through the Website. It does not cover information handled under a separate services agreement with a client, which is governed by that agreement.

By using the Website, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information as described in this Policy.

2. Who is responsible for your information

Mindset Motivation Inc. is accountable for the personal information under its control. We have designated a Privacy Officer who is responsible for our compliance with this Policy and applicable privacy laws. 3. What personal information we collect

We collect personal information that you give us directly, and a limited amount of technical information automatically when you use the Website.

Information you give us

When you fill in a contact form, request an audit, or email us, we may collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number, if you provide it
• Your company or organization, and your role
• Information about your content, channels, or the issue you want help with
• Any other information you choose to include in your message

Information we collect automatically

When you visit the Website, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs needed to run the site securely and reliably. These logs may include your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you request, and the date and time of your visit. We use only the cookies that are necessary for the Website to function. We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies (see the next section).

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information through the Website, and we ask that you not send it to us unless we specifically request it.

4. Why we collect and use your information

We use personal information only for purposes that a reasonable person would consider appropriate, including to:

• Respond to your inquiries and audit requests, and follow up with you about our services
• Provide information, quotes, or proposals you ask for
• Operate, maintain, and secure the Website
• Send you updates or marketing communications where you have agreed to receive them
• Comply with our legal and regulatory obligations

We will not use your personal information for a new purpose without your consent, unless permitted or required by law.

5. Consent

In most cases we collect personal information with your knowledge and consent. Depending on the sensitivity of the information, your consent may be express (for example, when you submit a form) or implied (for example, ordinary technical data when you browse the Website).

If you withdraw consent, we may not be able to respond to your request. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email.

6. Cookies and analytics

Cookies are small text files placed on your device that help a website function. The Website currently uses only essential cookies needed for it to work properly. We do not currently use analytics or tracking tools to measure visitor behaviour.

If we introduce website analytics in the future, we expect to use Vercel Analytics, which is privacy-focused and does not use tracking cookies. If our practices change in a way that affects your personal information, we will update this Policy before relying on the new practice. You can also control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the Website may not work as well if you do.

7. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in the following situations:

• Service providers. We use a small number of trusted third parties to run the Website and communicate with you. These are Vercel (website hosting) and Google Workspace (our email service, which is where Website form submissions and messages are sent and stored). These providers may access personal information only to perform services for us and are required to protect it.
• Legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or government request, or to protect our rights, safety, or property, or that of others.
• Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate protections.

8. Storage and transfers outside Canada

Some of our service providers may store or process personal information outside of Canada, including in the United States. When information is handled in another country, it may be subject to the laws of that country, including lawful access by courts, law enforcement, and government authorities there. We take reasonable steps to ensure that our service providers protect personal information to a standard comparable to this Policy. 9. How long we keep your information

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this Policy, or as required by law. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to securely destroy, erase, or anonymize it.

We use reasonable physical, organizational, and technological safeguards to protect personal information against loss, theft, and unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. These measures are appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We will respond within the time required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request, and in limited cases the law may allow or require us to decline, in which case we will explain why.

12. Children’s privacy

The Website is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

13. Links to other websites

The Website may link to third-party websites and services that we do not control, such as YouTube. This Policy does not apply to those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any website you visit through a link on our Website.

14. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and post the new version on the Website. Significant changes may be communicated more directly where appropriate. Your continued use of the Website after we post changes means you accept the updated Policy.
