RightSet is a digital rights management service that helps content owners identify, monetize, and remove unauthorized uses of their content on YouTube and other platforms. These Terms apply to your use of the Website only. They do not govern any RightSet service that you engage us to provide. Those services are governed by a separate written agreement between you and us. If there is any conflict between these Terms and a signed services agreement, the signed agreement controls for the services it covers.
