1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at https://rightset.com and any related pages, content, and features we make available through it (together, the “Website”). The Website is operated by Mindset Motivation Inc. (“RightSet,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website.
2. Who we are and what this Website is for
RightSet is a digital rights management service that helps content owners identify, monetize, and remove unauthorized uses of their content on YouTube and other platforms. The Website is an informational and marketing resource. It describes our services, shares industry information, and lets you contact us or request an audit.
These Terms apply to your use of the Website only. They do not govern any RightSet service that you engage us to provide. Those services are governed by a separate written agreement between you and us. If there is any conflict between these Terms and a signed services agreement, the signed agreement controls for the services it covers.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your province or territory of residence to use the Website. By using the Website, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate and current.
4. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Website after we post changes means you accept the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
5. Permitted use of the Website
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable permission to access and use the Website for your own lawful, personal, or internal business purposes. You agree to use the Website only as permitted by these Terms and applicable law.
You agree that you will not:

- Copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, or create derivative works from the Website or its content, except as expressly allowed by these Terms.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, its servers, or any connected systems or networks.
- Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code, or otherwise interfere with the proper working of the Website.
- Use any robot, scraper, data-mining tool, or similar automated method to access or collect information from the Website without our written permission.
- Use the Website to send unsolicited communications, or to collect personal information about other users.
- Misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with any person or organization.
We may suspend or restrict your access to the Website at any time if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.
6. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, all content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, video, page layouts, design elements, and software, is owned by or licensed to Mindset Motivation Inc. and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership or intellectual property rights to you. You may view and download Website content for your own non-commercial reference, provided you do not remove any copyright or proprietary notices. Any other use requires our prior written consent.
7. Trademarks
“RightSet,” the RightSet logo, and other names, marks, and slogans on the Website are trademarks of Mindset Motivation Inc. or its affiliates. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission. Other product and company names mentioned on the Website may be the trademarks of their respective owners, and we claim no affiliation with or endorsement by them unless stated.
8. Information you submit through the Website
The Website may let you submit information through a contact form, an audit request form, or by emailing us. When you submit information, you confirm that it is accurate and that you have the right to share it.
Submitting information through the Website does not create any professional, advisory, agency, or contractual relationship between you and RightSet, and it does not, by itself, mean we will provide any service to you. We handle the personal information you submit in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Please do not send us confidential or sensitive information through the Website unless we ask you to. Any non-personal information or material you choose to send us, such as suggestions or feedback, may be used by us for any purpose without obligation or compensation to you.

10. Third-party links and content
The Website may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources that we do not own or control, including links to platforms such as YouTube. We provide these links for convenience only. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, policies, or practices of any third-party site, and a link does not mean we endorse it. Your use of any third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that site’s own terms and privacy policies.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
The Website and all content on it are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Website or these Terms will not exceed one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you. In those cases, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
